Machine control retrofit

By retrofitting the machine control, a considerable decrease of setup time can be achieved. Winding programmes no longer need to be written layer for layer, one single set of defined parameters regulates the whole winding process.

Independent of the system manufacturer we analyze and optimize the machine control of existing equipments. Our scope also includes the supply of a complete new, fully wired electrical cabinet with user friendly operation panel as well as the replacement of all the machine’s drives.

To reduce the maintenance effort, all auxiliary drives are replaced by modern, maintenance-free AC-servo drives.
