Fully-automatic winding machine for the manufacturing of primary windings for instrument transformers (medium and high voltage), each coil with a maximum weight of 150 kgs. The usage of swivel-mounted expandable mandrel shortens the setup time considerably. Optimal processing time through entirely program-controlled production process which minimises manual action and supervision by the operator.

The automatic generation of a production protocol ensures traceability of each single coil produced. Optionally, the system can be equipped with a remote assistance module.
